Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats related to mobile, internet, and other telco services
Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers regarding billing, service activation, technical support, and general inquiries
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and empathetically
Update customer records and document interactions in the system
Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to team leads or appropriate departments
Stay informed about product updates, service enhancements, and promotional offers
Contribute to building a strong team culture as part of the pioneer batch
Job Requirements for Pioneer Agent for TELCO Account - Pasig :
High school graduate or equivalent (college-level and fresh graduates are welcome)
Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
With or without BPO/call center experience (training provided)
Experience in telco, sales, billing, or tech support is a plus but not required
Must be proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable
