Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats related to mobile, internet, and other telco services

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers regarding billing, service activation, technical support, and general inquiries

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and empathetically

  • Update customer records and document interactions in the system

  • Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to team leads or appropriate departments

  • Stay informed about product updates, service enhancements, and promotional offers

  • Contribute to building a strong team culture as part of the pioneer batch

Job Requirements for Pioneer Agent for TELCO Account - Pasig :

  • High school graduate or equivalent (college-level and fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written

  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City

  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

  • With or without BPO/call center experience (training provided)

  • Experience in telco, sales, billing, or tech support is a plus but not required

  • Must be proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable
