Job Responsibilities as Customer Representative
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Resolve issues related to billing, product information, or service concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
Follow communication guidelines and processes to ensure quality and consistency
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Deliver excellent customer experiences to build loyalty and satisfaction
Meet performance targets including response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction scores
Job Requirements for Call Center for Customer Service Representative:
Senior High School graduate or at least 2nd year college level
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Customer-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and chat platforms
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
No BPO experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
