Job Responsibilities for Customer Service:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical issues related to TELCO products.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.

  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Job Requirements for Retail Account :

  • At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduates are also welcome.

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience, preferably handling voice accounts.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.

  • Must be fully vaccinated (if applicable per company policy).

  • Willing to undergo background check and pre-employment assessments.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Must be able to start as soon as possible.
