Job Responsibilities for Customer Service:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical issues related to TELCO products.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Job Requirements for Retail Account :
At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduates are also welcome.
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience, preferably handling voice accounts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Must be fully vaccinated (if applicable per company policy).
Willing to undergo background check and pre-employment assessments.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
