We are currently seeking experienced Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Pasig City. As a vital part of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer care and looking to grow their career in the BPO industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally via phone.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services.

  • Follow company scripts, protocols, and quality standards.

  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Job Requirements for Experienced Call Center:

  • High School or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
