Job Responsibilities in Retail Account:
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and transactions
Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Process returns, exchanges, and product replacements following company guidelines
Document all interactions in the system clearly and accurately
Meet individual performance goals such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Follow company procedures and comply with data privacy and security protocols
Escalate complex issues to team leaders or supervisors as needed
Stay updated on retail promotions, policies, and product updates through regular training
Job Requirements for Retail Account :
High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate
Must have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be willing to work onsite in Antipolo
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Customer-focused and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
