Educate clients on payment options and negotiate payment arrangements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements
Provide exceptional customer service while meeting collection targets
Follow all company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Job Requirements for Collections Account :
High school graduate (old curriculum) or ALS graduate
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
