As a Travel GDS Specialist, you will assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, fare calculations, and general inquiries using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
Job Responsibilities as Travel Specialist :
Provide accurate and timely assistance with booking, modifying, or cancelling flight reservations
Use GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) to manage customer requests
Handle travel-related customer inquiries through voice or non-voice support
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service
Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions
Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
Job Requirements for Travel in Quezon City:
High school graduate (old curriculum) or ALS graduate
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with any GDS platform (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules
Tech-savvy and able to work in a dynamic support environment

What we’re looking for:
