As a Travel Services Associate, you will be assisting customers with their travel-related inquiries, including booking flights, managing reservations, processing cancellations or changes, and answering general travel questions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers with booking flights, hotel accommodations, and travel packages
Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings in accordance with company policy
Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Use travel systems such as GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) if applicable
Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions
Job Requirements for Travel Account :
- Open for K-12 Graduate or at least 2 years in College
1-2 years BPO Experience required
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented setting
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules
Tech-savvy and able to work in a dynamic support environment
