As a Tech Services Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, assisting users with hardware and software concerns, and guiding them through technical processes. Whether it’s resolving connectivity problems, walking a customer through a product setup, or diagnosing software errors, you’ll be making a real impact with each interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve product or service concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments if necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in internal CRM or ticketing systems
  • Stay updated on new product features, system enhancements, and emerging tech trends to offer informed solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and understood
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Contribute to team improvement by sharing knowledge and assisting peers when needed
  • Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing real-time technical support and solutions
  • Assist users with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware systems
  • Handle technical issues such as slow system performance, app crashes, login failures, and connectivity concerns
  • Guide customers step-by-step through processes like device setup, system updates, and password recovery

Job Requirements for Tech Services Associate in Pasig - Ortigas :

  • Educational background: At least a 2nd-year college undergraduate in any field, preferably with a focus on Information Technology or a related course; IT graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Tech background required – candidates should have working knowledge of computers, software, or hardware troubleshooting
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a customer service, technical support, or IT helpdesk role
  • Strong typing skills – with a good to excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Must have at least a B1 English communication level, both spoken and written
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a logical, analytical mindset
  • Comfortable with handling customer interactions over the phone, via chat, or email
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Open to working on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays
  • Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
