Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, chat, or email for software-related concerns
  • Troubleshoot a wide variety of issues such as application bugs, login problems, configuration errors, software installations, and connectivity issues
  • Walk customers through processes using screen-sharing tools or step-by-step instructions to ensure effective resolutions
  • Record each case accurately in the ticketing system with detailed notes for team collaboration and future reference
  • Collaborate with developers, senior engineers, or backend support when needed for high-level technical concerns
  • Educate users on best practices, product features, and available updates to improve their overall experience
  • Keep up with the latest software updates, policies, and internal protocols
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance

Job Requirements for Software Support Specialists in Ortigas Pasig :

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience, preferably in a technical or IT support setting
  • Solid understanding of basic software systems, applications, troubleshooting techniques, and system navigation
  • Strong typing speed with minimal errors; excellent written and spoken English communication (at least B1 level)
  • Proven ability to explain complex tech concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Patient, professional, and solutions-oriented — especially under pressure
  • Must be open to working on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
