Key Responsibilities in Logistics Representative :
Process and verify shipping and delivery documents
Track parcel movements and update logistics records accurately
Coordinate with warehouse or carrier teams for delivery updates
Handle back-office support tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
Ensure compliance with company standards and shipping protocols
Report delivery issues and assist with resolution follow-ups
Job Requirements for Shipping & Logistics :
College graduate or college undergraduate
With or without BPO experience
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
