Job Responsibilities for Non-Voice :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and general travel-related questions

  • Provide accurate and clear information about travel policies, schedules, and pricing

  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately

  • Follow standard procedures and protocols for troubleshooting and escalation

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support and communication

Job Requirements for Travel Account :

  • High School or Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate preferred

  • With or without BPO experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati

  • Open to shifting schedules.
