As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a healthcare account, you will handle patient-related inquiries, assist with account concerns, and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and benefits. You will be the frontline of support, ensuring that every interaction is professional, compassionate, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities in Healthcare :
Answer inbound calls related to patient services, insurance coverage, billing, and general healthcare inquiries
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic responses to customers
Document interactions and update customer information in the system
Follow confidentiality protocols and data privacy policies
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
Meet quality and productivity standards set by the company
Job Requirements :
High School Graduate (old curriculum) or College Graduate
With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are welcome
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate systems
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle sensitive topics professionally
