Key Responsibilities as Insurance Rep :
Handle incoming inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and coverage
Provide accurate and professional responses to client concerns
Document customer interactions and transactions in the system
Assist clients with updates, verifications, and status tracking
Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions
Job Requirements in Insurance Account :
Must be a Senior High School (K-12) graduate or completed at least 2nd year in college
With at least 1 year of BPO experience (preferably in an insurance or financial account)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
