Job Responsibilities as CSR:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, or policies
Handle and resolve customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
Document all customer interactions in internal systems
Follow company protocols to ensure a consistent service experience
Meet performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team leaders and peers to improve processes and customer outcomes
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
High School or Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate preferred
With or without BPO experience
Freshers and career shifters are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
