As a Healthcare Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, insurance holders, or healthcare providers. Your role will focus on delivering accurate and timely assistance for inquiries related to insurance benefits, medical billing, claims processing, and other healthcare-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities as a Healthcare Representative :
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats from patients and healthcare providers
Provide accurate information on insurance coverage, billing issues, and medical claims
Document all transactions clearly and accurately in the system
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and client information
Resolve concerns efficiently while adhering to company standards and healthcare regulations
Job Requirements for Healthcare Account :
- Open for K-12 Graduate with 6 months BPO Experience
With or Without Experience BPO
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented setting
Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
Amenable to shifting schedules
Tech-savvy and able to work in a dynamic support environment
