Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account for Highschool Graduates! We are looking for driven individuals with at least 6 months of BPO experience who are ready to take the next step in their call center career
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to financial services
Assist customers with banking inquiries, transactions, and account issues
Provide accurate and timely information regarding financial products and services
Ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively and professionally
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues when necessary to the appropriate department
Job Requirements for Financial Account for Highschool Graduates:
High school graduate (minimum educational requirement)
At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice accounts accepted)
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of financial terms or services is a plus
Good computer navigation and typing skills
