Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account for Highschool Graduates! We are looking for driven individuals with at least 6 months of BPO experience who are ready to take the next step in their call center career

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to financial services

  • Assist customers with banking inquiries, transactions, and account issues

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding financial products and services

  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively and professionally

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data

  • Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary to the appropriate department

Job Requirements for Financial Account for Highschool Graduates:

  • High school graduate (minimum educational requirement)

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice accounts accepted)

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

  • Basic knowledge of financial terms or services is a plus

  • Good computer navigation and typing skills
