Key Responsibilities in a Voice Finance Role:
Handle voice calls related to financial services such as account information, payments, and disputes
Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries
Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
Document call details accurately in the system
Adhere to quality standards, data privacy, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team leads and support departments to resolve complex issues
Job Requirements in Financial Account :
High School or Senior High School (K-12) graduate, or completed at least 2nd year in college
With or without BPO experience – all backgrounds welcome
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
Amenable to shifting schedules.
