As a Financial Voice Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their banking and financial concerns over the phone. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues with accounts or transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. No BPO background? No problem! As long as you meet the educational requirement and are eager to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a full-time, onsite role with a shifting schedule.
Key Responsibilities in Financial Voice :
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding financial products and services
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, and transaction issues
Provide accurate, timely, and clear information during every interaction
Record and update customer details and case notes in the system
Follow company protocols and compliance regulations
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards
Job Requirements for Financial Account:
Must be a High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or an ALS graduate
With or without BPO experience
Good communication and listening skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to a shifting schedule.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
