We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Telco Account). In this role, you will support customers by addressing a variety of concerns, including mobile plans, billing inquiries, technical issues, and service enhancements. You’ll be representing a leading global telecommunications company, ensuring each customer receives accurate information and outstanding service to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries about mobile, broadband, or bundled telecom services in a polite and professional manner
  • Provide clear explanations about available products, features, current promotions, and account options to help customers make informed decisions
  • Troubleshoot basic to moderate technical problems related to connectivity, devices, or service disruptions by following standard procedures
  • Address concerns related to billing, payments, and service usage, ensuring all transactions are handled with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM or support system to ensure data integrity and proper case tracking
  • Proactively follow up on unresolved issues to guarantee timely solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other teams or escalate complex cases to ensure customers receive complete and effective resolutions
  • Stay updated through regular training sessions to keep up with changes in products, services, and company guidelines
  • Manage time effectively to meet key performance goals such as first contact resolution, call quality, and handling time
  • Maintain a calm, empathetic, and respectful approach when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives (Telco Account) :

  • Applicants must be Filipino citizens or legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
  • Completion of at least Senior High School, vocational studies, or some college education is required.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or telco setting is not necessary—comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must possess strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Should demonstrate active listening, patience, and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and capable of handling multiple systems or applications at once.
  • Willingness to work on-site and on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
