Job Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative :
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via calls, chat, or email
Resolve concerns related to products, billing, accounts, or general services
Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Follow company protocols and maintain a courteous, helpful tone
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Meet key performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements for CSR in Makati
High school graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, or ALS passer
No BPO experience required – freshers and career shifters are welcome
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
Open to shifting schedules.
