Key Responsibilities in Banking/Financial :

Handle customer inquiries related to brokerage, mortgage, and financial services

Assist clients with account information, application status, payments, and general concerns

Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards

Work closely with other departments to resolve escalated or complex issues

Job Requirements :

High School Graduate (old curriculum) or ALS Graduate

At least 1 year of experience in brokerage, mortgage, or related financial services

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
