This role serves as a central link between clients, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to ensure a seamless shipping process. Responsibilities include managing order intake, scheduling, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating logistics, maintaining clear communication with customers, and providing accurate, timely updates. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service by answering calls, responding to emails, and handling live chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a satisfactory resolution every time.
- Monitor and manage daily shipments across multiple carriers and platforms.
- Proactively track and trace shipments, resolving delays or issues and communicating status updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of transactions, customer communications, and shipping data.
- Assist in compiling performance and status reports for internal review and customer updates.
- Communicate client needs and service-level expectations clearly across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order entry and data management in internal systems and customer portals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety guidelines, and internal policies.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to optimizing customer experience and logistics efficiency.
Job Requirements for CSR - Shipping & Logistics Account :
- College graduate of any course.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is a strong advantage, especially in a voice or customer-facing account.
- Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems or logistics software is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with the professionalism to handle inquiries and concerns with care.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Quezon City Office.
