Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
Provide accurate information about insurance policies, billing, and claims
Assist clients with policy changes and account updates
Resolve concerns in a timely and customer-focused manner
Meet performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and call handling time
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies
Job Requirements for Call Center Insurance Account :
College graduate (any course); undergraduates with at least 2 years in college may also apply
Excellent communication skills in English
No prior BPO experience required – fresh graduates are welcome!
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
