Job Responsibilities as CSR:
Manage incoming calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or service needs
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely and courteous manner
Document all interactions using company systems and maintain up-to-date records
Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service performance and customer satisfaction
Stay informed on product knowledge, service updates, and company policies through training and team meetings
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including quality scores and customer satisfaction ratings
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
College graduate (any course)
Must have excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and systems
Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City
