We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents (Premium Telco Account). This role involves assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries related to mobile plans, billing concerns, technical issues, and service upgrades. Our client is a well-known global telecommunications provider, and as their representative, you will deliver excellent service and accurate information to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding mobile, broadband, or bundled telco services in a courteous and professional manner
  • Educate customers about available products, service features, new promotions, and account options to maximize customer value
  • Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting for device, connectivity, and technical issues, following guided protocols
  • Assist customers with billing questions, payment issues, and usage inquiries, ensuring all transactions are accurate and secure
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of every customer interaction using the CRM system or call management software
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely and effective resolution, reinforcing customer trust and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments or escalate cases when needed to resolve complex concerns
  • Participate in ongoing product and process training to stay current with changes in company policies, service offerings, and system updates
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in all interactions, especially with irate or frustrated customers

Job Requirements for Call Center Agent (Premium Telco Account:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen or have valid work authorization in the Philippines.
  • At least a Senior High School graduate, vocational training, or college-level education.
  • No previous BPO or telecom experience required; training is provided.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and empathy for customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on-site and accept shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
