Job Responsibilities:

  • Help customers check balances, review transaction history, and update personal information securely
  • Assist in troubleshooting login problems and guiding users through digital banking tools and mobile apps
  • Provide information about loan status, interest rates, payment schedules, and application procedures
  • Address billing concerns, lost cards, declined transactions, and account restrictions
  • Detect and report suspicious activities, potential fraud, or unauthorized access with urgency and care
  • Ensure each interaction meets high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and security
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently and following up when necessary
  • Log all interactions accurately into the internal system and comply with company policies
  • Stay up to date on financial products, promotions, regulations, and compliance requirements 

Job Requirements for Call Center Agent for Financial Account:

  • At least a high school graduate; vocational and college levels are also welcome
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A proactive attitude, with good listening and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and navigating multiple tools
  • Able to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure or sensitive situations
  • Willing to work on-site with flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays, if needed)
  • Background in BPO, customer service, or finance is a plus—but not required
