Key Responsibilities for Call Center Agents - Sales Account
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
Deliver excellent communication to build customer trust and close sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate information to customers and address inquiries effectively.
Record call outcomes and update customer accounts in the system.
Qualifications :
HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate (New Curriculum), or College Graduate
At least 6 months sales experience (any industry)
Strong persuasion and communication skills
Sales BPO experience is a plus, but not required
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Must be 18 years old and above and currently residing within Metro Manila
