As a Captioning Agent, you’ll work behind the scenes to help improve subtitles and transcriptions. It’s a non-voice role — no customer calls, complaints, or sales. Instead, your main task is simple:
🎧 Listen to recorded audio (like videos or conversations)
🎙️ Repeat or echo what you hear into a microphone
💻 Let our speech-to-text software generate captions automatically
You’ll be trained to speak clearly and consistently so that the captions are accurate. It’s straightforward, quiet work — perfect for those who prefer non-voice, detail-oriented roles.
Key Responsibilities in Captioning Account :
Work as a non-voice captioning agent
Echo-speak into a mic while listening to recorded conversations or media
Ensure clear, accurate repetitions for software transcription
No customer interaction or phone calls involved
Job Requirements :
High School (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduates accepted
No work experience required
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
Can commit to shifting schedules
Basic English listening and speaking skills
