As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting users with their account concerns, video upload or playback issues, content policies, and platform navigation. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and in line with the platform’s community standards.
Key Responsibilities in Video Sharing Account :
Respond to customer inquiries regarding account access, subscriptions, content guidelines, or technical concerns
Guide users through troubleshooting steps for video, audio, or platform issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams when needed
Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in every conversation
Meet performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
Job Requirements :
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, Senior High, or College Level
- At least 6 months sales Experience
With or without BPO experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
Amenable to shifting schedules
