As a Financial Customer Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their financial accounts, loan services, billing inquiries, or transaction-related concerns. This position offers full training, supportive leadership, and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities as Financial Associates :
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to financial products and services
Assist customers with account issues, payments, loan processing, or transaction concerns
Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the system
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Follow financial compliance and data privacy regulations
Participate in training sessions and performance coaching as needed
Job Requirements in Financial Account :
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
Excellent English communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules, night shifts.
