Key Responsibilities in CSR :

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with product or service concerns

Present and upsell company products or services based on customer needs

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Accurately document call details and maintain records in the system

Ensure excellent customer experience while adhering to company policies

Collaborate with team leads and attend coaching or training sessions
Job Requirements :

Minimum of 6 months sales experience in a call center environment

With or without BPO background

High School Graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School, or College Level

Strong communication and customer handling skills
