Key Responsibilities in a Video Sharing Account:
Provide accurate and helpful responses to user inquiries via call, chat, or email
Troubleshoot account issues, technical problems, and general platform concerns
Guide users through platform features and settings
Record and update customer information and interaction details
Maintain a professional and user-friendly tone in all communications
Adhere to quality standards, data privacy policies, and company protocols
Job Requirements for CSR Video Sharing :
High School (HS), Senior High School (SHS) graduate, or at least college undergrad
With or without BPO experience – freshers are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
Amenable to shifting schedules.
