Key Responsibilities :
Process and validate shipping and delivery documents
Track packages and update delivery status in the system
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with shipping standards
Handle logistics-related inquiries via chat or email
Maintain organized records of transactions and reports
Job Requirements in Shipping & Logistics :
Must be a K-12 graduate or College graduate (any course)
With or without BPO experience
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic computer and typing skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules.
