Job Responsibilities as Customer Representative :
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
Resolve issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, or escalating as needed
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
Follow company processes and service standards to ensure quality support
Job Requirements for CSR in Mandaluyong:
Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduates, K-12, College Undergrads or Graduates
With or without BPO experience – Freshers are welcome to apply
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
