As a Tech Services Representative, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email. You’ll troubleshoot common technical issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities as Tech Services :
Handle customer inquiries related to tech issues, product support, or troubleshooting
Provide clear and accurate technical guidance in a professional and friendly manner
Diagnose and resolve basic software, hardware, or connectivity problems
Document customer interactions and solutions in the system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and support processes
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions
Job Requirements for Tech Service in Ortigas:
Open to 2nd Year College Graduate or I.T Graduate
At least 1 year of BPO Experience
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Can work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
