Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Call Center Agent, you’ll serve as the first point of contact between our company and our customers. Your goal is to ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or live chat messages depending on the account assigned.
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information about products, services, billing, policies, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues with a problem-solving mindset, escalating more complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM or support software.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call handling time, quality assurance scores, customer satisfaction ratings, and attendance.

Job Requirements for Call Center Agents:

We welcome both experienced professionals and individuals new to the BPO industry. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

  • Must be a Filipino Citizen or legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or with College/Vocational units. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • No BPO experience required – entry-level applicants are welcome. We offer comprehensive training to get you started.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Filipino and other languages is a bonus.
  • Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on-site at our Pasig City location and open to shifting schedules, if necessary.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality is expected.
