Job Responsibilities as Customer Representative:
Handle inbound or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide product or service information
Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation
Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
Follow communication guidelines and escalate complex issues when needed
Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times
Job Requirements for CSR in QC :
College graduate, college undergraduate, or ALS graduate
With or without BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
