Job Responsibilities in Insurance Account:
Handle incoming calls from customers regarding insurance policies, claims, payments, and coverage details
Provide clear, accurate information and guide clients through procedures and requirements
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using internal systems
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and empathetic service
Using a computerized system, responds to customer questions in a call center environment.
- May carry out one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs clients about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Provides well-designed instruction, training, and assistance to lower-level staff.
Job Requirements for Call Center for Insurance Account:
ollege undergraduate or graduate
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig
Amenable to shifting schedules.
