We're Hiring for Customer Service Agent - College Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Cross offer value added solutions or goods provided by the company
- Provide dependable, excellent assistance to every client by generating use of all accessible software and resources
- Complete customer service policies when considered necessary.
- Calculate and take a look at assistance levels when considered necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Can start ASAP
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
- Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
- BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
- With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
