Job Responsibilities :
Being aware of the customer’s specifications by means of efficient listening and questioning skills
Dealing Dealing with all requests with good grace, courteously, correctly & assertively
Corresponding customers’ demands for Clients’ goods and services
Using mediation and influencing strategies to prevent arguments and obtain the customers’ buy-in
Presenting appropriate info to internal and external consumers and spreading learning with colleagues
Job Requirements for Call Center Agent - Earn up to 23K monthly
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to work on-site
With or without BPO or call center experience
