Job Responsibilities :
Provides basic information to customers on accounts, orders, payments, products, and services
Using a computerized system responds to customer questions in a call center environment.
May carry out one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries, and logs customer calls.
Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Job Requirements for Call Center Agent- Ortigas Site
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
