Job Responsibilities:
Documentation adjustments and monitoring of customer’s accounts
Adhere to proposed models by customers in managing customers.
Answer individual problems, as well as talk to individuals to obtain full understanding of what information are being inquired.
Document all messages or calls in terms of inquiries
Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from management organization so call returns are done in a early way.
Job Requirements for Call Center Agents
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
