Job Responsibilities:

  • Documentation adjustments and monitoring of customer’s accounts
  • Adhere to proposed models by customers in managing customers.
  • Answer individual problems, as well as talk to individuals to obtain full understanding of what information are being inquired.
  • Document all messages or calls in terms of inquiries
  • Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from management organization so call returns are done in a early way.

Job Requirements for Call Center Agents

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
