Job Responsibilities:
- Cross sell value-added products and services or goods provided by the company
- Provide regular, superior service to every client by taking advantage of all accessible methods and resources
- Put into action customer service programs when called for.
- Calculate and evaluate service levels when essential.
- Make proposals to sharpen processes and technological tweaks.
Job Requirements for CSR- Content Moderator
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work on-site
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- With or without BPO or call center experience
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
