Job Responsibilities :
- Responds to phone inquiries and gives info/ direction to customers.
- monitors mail, fax, and webmail to present user support.
- Manages computer/on-line rules to reply to client concerns.
- Communicates with clients on the phone or by written correspondence to handle issues.
- Understand the customers’ expectations through productive listening and questioning skills
Job Requirements for Urgent Hiring! Call Center Agent
- Can start ASAP
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
- Amenable to working on-site
- BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
- With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
