Job Responsibilities :
- Communicates with clients on the phone or using written correspondence to resolve issues.
- Finding out the customers’ preferences by effective listening and questioning skills
- Dealing Involved with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively
- Complementing customers’ necessities to Clients’ products and services
Job Requirements for Telco Account | Open for HS graduate- Pasay site
- Can start ASAP
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
- Amenable to work on-site
- BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
- With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
