Job Responsibilities:
Assist in selling and promoting bank products and services to customers.
Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work under the guidance of Bank Manager to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
Assist in account opening and closing operations and loan processing activities.
Build positive working relationship with customers for repeat businesses.
Job Requirements:
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
