Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in selling and promoting bank products and services to customers.
- Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work under the guidance of Bank Manager to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
- Assist in account opening and closing operations and loan processing activities.
- Build positive working relationship with customers for repeat businesses.
Job Requirements:
- Can start ASAP
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
- Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
- BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
- With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
