Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client concerns via email and chat promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Additionally, process account changes, billing inquiries, and support requests with a high degree of accuracy.

  • To maintain consistency, ensure client records are regularly updated and properly managed within internal systems.

  • In order to meet performance goals, strive to achieve targets for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in the Telco Marikina Account.

  • When necessary, collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues efficiently.

  • Moreover, all actions should comply with both company standards and customer service best practices.

  • In handling issues, address customer complaints and feedback swiftly, escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolution.

  • At all times, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data and order information.

  • To respond effectively, stay informed on company policies, service offerings, and internal workflows.

  • Finally, contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment that fosters trust, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Job Requirements for Premium Telco Account - Marikina

    • Immediately available to begin work upon hiring

    • Willing to report on-site at our Marikina office

    • Must be a Filipino citizen or possess valid Philippine residency status

    • Educational requirement: Completed Senior High School (K–12) or higher

    • At least one year of BPO experience (voice or non-voice roles accepted)

    • Strong command of English reading comprehension and writing skills

    • Comfortable with technology, including basic typing and computer navigation

    • Detail-oriented and able to follow structured procedures with consistency

    • Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts.
