Job Responsibilities :

  • Informs customers about solutions available and assesses client demands.
  • Provides functional recommendations, coaching, and support to lower-level personnel.
  • Provides support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to lower-level personnel.
  • Schedules work to guarantee precise phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and changes escalated calls to assure resolution to difficulties.

Job Requirements for Pioneer Customer Service Agent - Cebu site

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
