Pioneer Account for Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities :
Provide first rate know-how and case determination on the subject of plan coverage and accounts
Adhere to written guidelines by consumers in controlling users.
Answer individual inquiries, as well as consult individuals to obtain full knowledge of what information is being asked for.
Monitor Phone Checking for answers from the management company so call returns are done in a well-timed way.

Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
